Light Loves Color · The High-Worth Impressions Method

You’re the one they count on.
Your ideas get a say, too.

You have ideas to develop, opportunities to pursue, and people you love. High-Worth Impressions brings presence, communication, boundaries, and practical confidence together around the moments that matter to you.

I’ll teach you how to explain the value of your work, make a clear request, choose clothes with intention, and practice the conversations you keep putting off. Dependable is great. Let’s make sure your judgment gets heard, too.

The coaching program is in development. Enrollment isn’t open yet.

Who this is for

You might not be the loudest person in the room, but your message is worthwhile.

You might be shy, outgoing, or somewhere in between. What brings you here isn’t a job title or a personality type. It’s the gap between what you bring and what other people see.

A real estate agent who knows her market inside out, but can’t command the fees or the client trust a competitor gets.

A consultant whose recommendations get treated as optional suggestions instead of expert advice.

A woman stepping into a new social circle who wants to feel at ease among accomplished people, without pretending to be someone else.

A woman who’s dating and is tired of feeling she has to impress someone with money or status to be wanted.

A soft-spoken business owner whose work is excellent, but who hasn’t learned to put its value into words.

That gap can shape who gets listened to, who gets the opportunity, who’s trusted with decisions, and who feels comfortable setting standards in relationships.

The principle

Your worth isn’t something you have to prove.
But communicating it is a skill you can learn.

Some outcomes also depend on bias, power, and other people’s choices. We work on the signals you control. Nobody can promise you respect from a formula, and an unfair judgment isn’t your fault.

Five areas we work on

From what you wear to what you say—and how you carry yourself in between.

01

Visual Authority

Color, clothing, proportion, fit, structure, grooming, and accessories. Build a wardrobe that looks intentional and suits the situation. Sandy Dumont’s Image Architect work is the foundation here.

02

Verbal Authority

Introduce yourself, make recommendations, ask good questions, and explain your value without overexplaining. You don’t have to get loud to be heard.

03

Physical Presence

Posture, movement, facial expression, gesture, space, and voice. Learn what different cues may communicate, then choose them on purpose instead of following rigid rules.

04

Social Authority

Status, expectations, reciprocity, boundaries, and negotiation, and the small ways we hand over or keep our say in decisions.

05

Putting it all together

Client meetings, pricing conversations, networking, presentations, dating, family, and big transitions. Not a costume. A way of choosing how you show up, again and again.

What’s different here

Not a makeover. A skill you keep.

Your teacher

Tatyana Wilson,
Ed.S., SHRM-CP.

Tatyana Wilson wearing a white blazer and cobalt-blue top

I’ve spent more than 25 years studying and working on how we learn, communicate, present ourselves, and act on what matters to us. I began in education, then trained in image consulting with Sandy Dumont, The Image Architect, who became my mentor. I later acquired her business and intellectual property.

High-Worth Impressions brings those threads together in plain language, so you can practice them in your own conversations, decisions, and plans. My job is to give you clear strategies and honest feedback. You stay in charge of what you change.

How it’s designed

How the program is being built.

A wardrobe strategy, communication tools, a clearer read on social dynamics, and your own personal presence playbook.

  • 16 teaching weeks for a small group of women
  • Recorded lessons released each week, with practical assignments and community participation
  • One focused written feedback submission per participant each teaching week

You’ll be able to watch each released lesson on your own schedule. The full course won’t be available upfront, and lifetime access isn’t promised.

Will I need to attend live coaching every week?

No. The core program is delivered through recorded lessons released each week, with practical assignments and written feedback. You can watch each released lesson on your own schedule.

Dates, the release calendar, the investment and the terms will be shared before enrollment opens.

High worth isn’t high status

We’re not teaching you to act important.

Expensive clothes, money, beauty, or dominating a room don’t make anyone more valuable. This is about showing your judgment and self-respect without giving up who you are.

Some people pick up these visual, verbal, and social skills from how they were raised, where they studied, or who mentored them. Wherever you’re starting, they can be studied, practiced, and taught.

What it’s built on

Four ideas run through every area.

Authentic differentiation

Stand out by being yourself

The goal isn’t to look like everyone else who gets taken seriously. It’s to make what’s already distinct about you easier to notice.

Inside-out transformation

Change from the inside out

The clothes and words come after the clarity. We start with what you want and what’s actually yours.

Impression management

Shape the impression on purpose

People form impressions either way. You can choose the signals you send instead of leaving them to chance.

True confidence

Confidence you can back up

Not a pep talk. Confidence that comes from skill, practice, and seeing what works in your own life.

How it’s taught

Calibrate. Own. Unmute.

Every area uses the same three steps, so you can keep using them long after the program ends.

CALIBRATE

Notice what’s actually happening.

What did someone say or do? What are you guessing?

OWN

Decide what’s yours to choose.

Whose response matters here—and what won’t you trade for it?

UNMUTE

Express it. Test what happens.

Make one deliberate change, then see what you learn.

Where it stands

Enrollment isn’t open.

High-Worth Impressions is in development. I’ve moved the first group to a later start while I build out the free letters, videos and lessons that come first. There’s no opening date yet.

Want to hear when I’m ready to share more? You can leave your name and email on the interest list. There’s no opening date or commitment to join.

This is the program interest list, not the weekly letters — joining it doesn’t subscribe you to the newsletter.

The best way to start practicing now is the free weekly letters.

My Substack is free to read. A paid subscription is optional, and you choose it there.

Or start on your own: get the free color research or try the seven-day practice.
