Speaking & group training

Her ideas belong
in the room.

Keynotes and practical workshops for capable women who’ve spent years being counted on—and are ready to be heard, too.

Why bring this to your group

Capable women, carrying a lot.

Your group may be full of women who do excellent work, care deeply, and keep things running. They may also be postponing their own ideas, explaining themselves past the point, or waiting to feel ready before they speak. I’ll help them recognize a situation they can influence, practice a useful strategy, and choose a next step that matters to them.

Available topics

Three ways in.

01 · Keynote or interactive talk

Executive of Your Own Life

For women balancing responsibility with ideas and ambitions of their own.

Participants will:

  • Identify one default expectation guiding a decision.
  • Distinguish their own preference from an assumed obligation.
  • Choose one concrete step to give an idea space.
02 · Practical communication workshop

Say What You Mean—and Make Room for the Answer

For groups preparing for requests, boundaries, recommendations, or client conversations.

Participants will:

  • Build a clear point or request.
  • Practice a concise response to pushback.
  • Choose a respectful next step.

Paired practice is optional, and nobody is asked to share personal details they’d rather keep to themselves.

03 · Presence and image workshop

Make Your Expertise Easier to Recognize

For interviews, presentations, client meetings, or career transitions.

Participants will:

  • Connect clothing, words, and delivery to purpose.
  • Compare visual choices using controlled demonstrations.
  • Rehearse a short introduction grounded in actual expertise.

The color demonstrations show documented visual perception effects, like simultaneous contrast. How those choices fit a particular situation is coaching judgment, not a rule—and no outfit guarantees anyone’s respect.

Formats

Shaped around your audience.

A focused keynote, an interactive workshop, or a tailored group training. We’ll agree on the topic, length, format, and scope around your audience.
